Our Mission Statement: Our goal is to help home owners make significant money by utilizing the UNUSED space in their home! We do this by pairing UNUSED space in your home with professionals in need of temporary housing.
We do the work, you make the money, and we receive a small percentage for the service. We are very selective with our client base. This opportunity is only offered to a limited number of homeowners who meet our personal and home criteria.
Due to this style of management, we are very selective in choosing tenants as well. Great care will go into the pairing of landlord and tenant to ensure compatibility and a prosperous outcome.

Rob was a fantastic host. His house at 7001 Red Apple Road is huge and has excellent amenities. It's kind of like staying at a resort and if you can convince him to cook for you or make you a cocktail, even better.
The house is clean and inviting as well as easy to relax in. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to parks, gas stations, shopping center, grocery stores, etc. Easy access to the freeway.
The deck in the back yard is great to relax and have a drink and has a comfy hammock and neat coy pond. I'd highly recommend living here.
The rent is extremely reasonable for what you get and he will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable.
The only reason I'm no longer living there is due to my commute to work. Otherwise, I'd still be there.

I stayed in Sharon's home for 2 months @ 7244 Wild Apple Court. Sharon is a wonderful landlord and makes you feel at home. She covers all of the basics and has many nice touches.
For me I was moving to Nashville from out of town and wasn't familiar with the area. I ended up choosing to stay at Sharon's home and I'm very glad that I did.
I felt very safe with the security system there and apple valley is a very nice community with beautiful homes and very close to I-24 which can get you access to the greater Nashville area quickly or even Murfreesboro in a short trip.
I think its a perfect spot for those who would prefer to rent a room in a nice home instead of going to in-town suites or something similar. I now have a good friend in Sharon and appreciate that.

I came to Nashville for a three month nursing term at St. Thomas. Upon arriving, I soon realized that the housing that my staffing agency had arranged was NOT as it was purported to be!
Sharon answered an ad we placed on Craig's Lists and within a day Bedrooms and Beyond delivered the perfect setting at a reasonable price that WAS exactly as described!
I went from being totally panicked and depressed to bedroom bliss in a matter of hours. Sharon was absolutely wonderful to work with and provided the confidence that the problem would soon be solved.
